一丙班校外辅导员，本学期第九周开始第一次活动，第十周五一节放假，第十一周2008.5.9开展第二次活动。
共9个活动小组。
放学时，我问孩子们：这节课你快乐吗？大家都说“快乐”！
我说觉得快乐的请举手。一下子，全部都举起手来。
我说下次还想上的把手放下。只有一两个没有放。我说，你不想再上了吗？那男生说想啊!那你还不把手放下？呵呵，原来弄错了。他们赶紧不好意思地把手放下去了。
我很欣慰。教师后面坐着的哥哥姐姐们也很开心。孩子们走后，我祝贺辅导员们取得了成功，并问有什么困难或者需要帮忙的？大家都自信满满，没有问题。呵呵，太好了！希望大家越做越好！
